| Both the pledgor and pledgee must have demat accounts. |

| Pledgor must initiate the pledge by submitting to us the details of the securities to be pledged in pledge request form "PRF". |

| The pledgee should confirm this request through his DP with pledge sequence no. |
|
| On completion of above processes a pledge is created on securities. |
|
| A Pledgee can unilaterally invoke the pledge marked in his favour by giving an instruction to his DP. |
|
| Please note that all money transactions between a pledger and a pledgee are handled outside the depository system. |
