Veteran investment banker Aashish Agarwal, the Managing Director and Country Head of Jefferies since April 2020, has been appointed as the CEO of 360 ONE WAM Limited, according to a disclosure to the bourses by the latter firm. Agarwal will takeover from February 15, 2027.

Karan Bhagat will continue as the Managing Director of 360 ONE WAM till July 26, 2030 as was approved earlier and has been additionally appointed as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director with effect from February 15, 2027.

Yatin Shah, Co-Founder, 360 ONE, will continue to drive 360 ONE’s decade-long leadership in wealth management.
