U.S. stock index futures edged higher Wednesday in muted trading, with President Donald Trump’s threats of more trade tariffs keeping investors largely on edge.
At 05:35 ET (09:35 GMT), Dow Jones Futures gained 70 points, or 0.2%, S&P 500 Futures rose 10 points, or 0.2%, and Nasdaq 100 Futures climbed 30 points, or 0.1%.
The main averages on Wall Street were mixed at the end of trading on Tuesday, with sentiment broadly steady despite a flurry of trade-related headlines.
